Day 3- Flowers, trees, fruits!

Peretz and Sara use green writing utensils to create a still life drawing of vine leaves.

Chayala paints using a thin paintbrush and a palette. We are working on painting with more intention with both the strokes and colors that we choose.
Singing our 6 days of creation song.

Swimming, squirting, washing, pouring and splashing!

We are so enjoying the friends that joined our group this week! We were very welcoming to our new friend Tzemach who came all the way from Texas!
Tzemach hands out the pennies for tzedakah
Listening to a felt story about seeds growing with water and sun.
We look through our lunches to find things that grow on trees and from the ground.  Peretz shows us his yellow pepper.
 Chayala points to her blueberries.

The friends laugh when we see Morah Tamara's lunch- a bagel. Everyone agrees that nothing she is eating comes from nature. Morah Mushka Shows us a picture of wheat. We talk about the process of using wheat to make things like bagels. We were intrigued and will research more about it tomorrow.

The friends help empty the sensory table so we can change it to soil!

Peretz and Chayala help clean up the sand that spilled while transferring it to the bucket.
