Painting sea shells. Peretz asks Sara what colors she used to make light blue. Here Peretz and Dalya try their own color combinations too.
Sara writes the number 4 answering the question of how many people are in her family.
Each sea shell has a number written on it. We use them to count.
Sara says she likes her bread cooked. Peretz adds some extra drama and imagination as he puts on an accent.
Jacob uses his squirter to fill the water hose from its end.
Using measuring cups to make a "kugel "
Peretz balances the cup on his head.
In the pool, Dalya shares something with Morah Mushka about this red toy she is playing with. "I put my foot really hard and so it's not coming up." She waited another minute, and still it did not come up from the water. Dalya found this to be very interesting.
We then all went inside to our classroom and chose an object. Will it sink to the bottom or float to the top? We hypothesized. With some we were right, and other surprised us! Some items sunk to the bottom, some floated, and one car stayed in the middle!
Music and Movement with eggs. We pretend they are the rain and shake them hard when it's pouring!
Thank you to Sara's Bubby who gave us a book all about sharing!
