Today the children colored in hebrew letters.
There was a lot of conversation about the letters.
"I found Kayle's letter", said Hannah
Kayle found a gimmel for Ella's hebrew name.
The children enjoyed finding and naming their letters.
At circle time we discussed what's in the Torah.
Letters.
Are they ABC letters?
No, they are Hebrew letters.
Mendel found his Lamed.
Sender found his Alef
Henny found her Hey.
There are so many letters and words in the Torah, what do all these words say?
Mitzvot.
We brainstormed Mitzvot that we know:
- Sharing toys
- Not throwing toys on the floor
- Giving Tzedakah
- Not pulling flowers off the ground
- Not grabbing.
The children are enjoying counting and learning new numbers.
