Today we worked on our invitations for
Muffins with Mom!
The children sewed on a button with needle and yarn.
wrote 'TO MOM'
and signed their name.
They can't wait to give it to you!
We are learning about Shavuot!
We learned how Hashem asked the nations if they wanted His Torah. They said, 'no thank you' after hearing what was inside.
The Jewish people said, 'yes please'.
We heard the story of the mountains, the tall and wide mountain boasting that they should be chosen.
Hashem chose Har Sinai because he was happy with himself.
Mendel puts the Torah on Har Sinai.
The children enjoyed acting out the story.
The felts are left out in a tray for the children to play with.
This is a fantastic way to integrate the story.
