We have been reading a book called, "The Art Lesson". About a boy named Tommy who knows he wants to be an artist. He is looking forward to his art lesson in his school.
Today we had an art lesson with Morah Yael.
Morah Yael explained to the children that they were making a collage about themselves.
They were to paint in their most favorite colors and stick a photo of themselves as well as items they love.
They came out extraordinary and we are excited to have them displayed in our classroom.
New Playdough:
We used rose scent and pink paint to create our new playdough!
Sender said, "I'm making a medium one".
On our nature walk we noticed trees that didn't loose their leaves, called 'evergreen' trees.
We also noticed little buds on some trees. We are excited for Spring when the flowers will blossom.
We wrapped a present for the 4's class and delivered it after lunch.
Morah Esther read the card out loud.
The children unwrap the gift...it is brand new play dough in the color blue!
We appreciate the 4's for making us Challah dough every week.
This is our way of saying 'thank you' :)
