Champions All Around

The 3's are embracing bigger challlenges every day.
Today we used our brand new Bathroom Champions Board.
Every time a child makes something on the toilet, they choose a peg to place on their name (and strengthen their fingers, using the pegs :)

We had so many bathroom champions today!  We are super proud!!

Today we did still life painting of a red apple.

Henny says, "I'm making a little one."
Mendel:  I'm making a big one."
Ella:  "I'm not making an apple.  I'm making a special, special surprise for my Daddy".

We started practising writing our first letter.

Hannah connected the dots to create an H.

Sender creates a curvy S.

Kayle and Henny help wipe down the table.
The children are so eager to do our classroom jobs!

We love our new tricycles!  It is challenging us to build our coordination skills.

At circle time we did honey tasting!
First, we hypothesized what the honey would taste like.
Kayle said it would taste like candy.
After we tasted it, the children said it tastes like candy.

We thought about what candy tastes like.

We came up with all these words:
Chocolate, Suger, Yummy, M n' M's Juice, Gummy bears.

Music and Movement.

Check out our dance moves :)
