Self Portraits

Today the Yeladim looked at themselves in the mirror and focused on noticing all the details on their face.

 Hilary wanted to make a silly face and then to draw it.

 Mandel was looking at the mirror and said "I see my tongue"

 Sara said "I see my mouth and my brown eyes"

 Morah Debra put the big pumpkin in the oven. When it came out of the oven the Yeladim could smell the sweet smell of the pumpkin .They scooped the inside of the pumpkin into a big bowl and tomorrow we will incorporate some math and literacy skills as they follow a recipe for pumpkin bread for Shabbat!
