Puzzles - Math Experience

Hilary finished the shape puzzle by herself without any help. She felt very proud to have done it independently!

We read the book 'Squares and Other Shapes' by Joseph Albers.

We combined Math & Literacy through reading and then creating pictures using squares as well as storytelling about what the squares are doing in the picture.

Peretz: "My squares are sleeping."

Sara: "My squares are holding hands."

 What a beautiful weather it was! We read the book" When I get bigger" outside.
Elet said that when he gets bigger he will want to go to work!
Mendel said, "I want to drive a car".
Sara said,"I want to be a princess."

The Yeladim also  had a discussion about what they can already do by themselves. Elet said, "I can mix dinner by myself.
Chayal'a said, "I can put my shoes on by my self."
