The Yeladim are remembering the story line and reenacting the parts they've learned so far about Megillat Esther. 'Mordechai' is reminding 'Esther' while she is 'Achashverosh's' Palace, she should not tell anyone she is Jewish but of course to still act like a Jew.

It all started with this small Palace made by Moishe. See the progress below....

Through building, the Yeladim learn structural engineering as they explore forces of gravity, compression, tension, the relationship between materials (two small rectangles = one large rectangle), and successful design to achieve balance, stability, and even aesthetic beauty. The Models in the pictures are Palaces in Shushan.
