Using a peeler - requires fine tuned fine motor skills -the task to guide the peeler in the right motion and direction. Benjamin noted, "This is kinda hard."

The Yeladim named each letter in each ingredient. Then we sounded out the ingredients based on the letters they knew. Eggs start with "E." Two friends with and E in their name added the eggs together.

 All the ingredients were named in Hebrew as well. Each of the Yeladim who had a corresponding letter in their own name circled it to draw the connection.

The latkes were delicious! Benjamin and Bella called them, "Yum!" Shmulie said he only likes the outside. Ronny said, 'It tastes like potato chips.'
