Today I put out a fall provocation...
...pictures of fall trees, a basket of fall colored materials and glue.
The children got straight to work and seemed to know exactly what to do.
First, they glued on the pictures.
Then they added colors to it.
Just beautiful!
Mayer was so excited to show Morah Chagit the cucumbers he brought for fruit family.
As well as holding a heavy watermelon.
We went for a nature walk!
First we noticed some yellow leaves on the vine.
We didn't pick those...
...we found many on the floor.
We saw a tree that didn't have many leaves left!
We noticed leaves falling off the tree...
...and one landed on Chana's head!
At circle time we sorted the stuff into piles...
Devorah puts a thin leaf into the thin leaf pile.
The piles we created were: rocks, wooden items, sticks, green leaves, rainbow leaves, thin leaves and gold leaves.
