Today the children were so excited about their costumes!
Every child had a chance to walk the red carpet...
Hannah was a fairy.
Marnie was a princess.
Henny was Queen Esther.
Ella was Princess Sophia
Kayle was Repunzal
Mendel was Rabbi Mordechai.
Sender was King Achashveirosh.
Just adorable!
Back in the palace...the princesses sat in their regular places :)
At circle time we talked about Purim and windy days.
The children shared all the things they did and saw on Purim.
We really love Purim...but since it is finished, we have to say goodbye.
The children helped collect all the Purim things from our classroom...
Palace drapes, thrones, felt story, purim pictures, jewels, crowns, graggers...
...we sang a goodbye song to bring closure the unit...
...only because tomorrow we are starting to learn about PESACH!!!
