The children enjoyed learning how to punch holes with a
three-holed hole puncher. We learned that the single hole puncher
one is too hard for the children in our class!
Sara makes a beautiful get well card for her sister. She dictated the words that she wanted and made a beautiful picture.
There's always time for a little dress-up and pretend.
Sara and Peretz put the last layer onto their canvas.
After watching her friend Sara, Dalya begins working on her own canvas using the layering effect from Van Gogh's Starry Night.
While we wait for everyone to get their coats on, we look at books.
Sara is reading a book to herself.
Dalya is following the directions in Maizy's book.
Later, during rest time, Jacob takes a long time to take
in each page from the same Maizy book.
Peretz makes a quick phone call before settling into rest/reading time.
