Yesterday the Yeladim drew cards and wrote notes to Ronny since it was her last day. Ronny is taking a trip to Israel and will not be back before the end of school. We will really miss her!!
Zalman and Ofir built a mini bonfire and are using their fine motor skills to cut out pieces of 'fire.'
The Yeladim below are coloring a rainbow since a rainbow never showed through out Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai's lifetime since he was such a big Tzaddik.
Moshe is building a fence around the bonfire so nobody should get hurt getting too close.
Using clay to shape a cave.
Our discussion at meeting time opened up about a Shepherd. Does anyone know what a Shepherd is?
Zalman: he holds a stick
Shmuli: watches sheeps
Do you know of any other Shepherds?
Moshe: Moshe!!
We talked about the story of Rabbi Akiva and how he didnt even know all the Aleph Bet that we know! But then he worked very hard to learn a lot of Torah and he bacame a big Tzaddik.
Bella: My Daddy learned the Torah ... in shul and also at home and at night.... not in a cave.....
