Yom Kippur - Social Emotional Building

The Yeladim each shared about their Rosh Hashana and then they saw a new Chag approaching on the calendar - Yom Kippur.
Morah Mushka gave an example social scenario and the Yeladim shook the parachute if it was one that would make their friends happy. If it was not a good situation they kept the parachute still.

Thank you Elet for being our Fruit Family this week! The Yeladim enjoyed using their fine motor skills to peel their own clementine.

The class traced Morah Shirel and then Morah Shirel described a Mitzvah she did over the Chag that made her couzin feel comfortable.

Morah Shirel is so big it took the whole class together to carry her drawing!

The Yeladim each traced each other.

Then they cut out the tracing of themselves and drew a Mitzvah they did to make their friends happy.
Here are a few samples:
Chayala made room for Remy to sit on the carpet.
Sara gave a turn on the playground with the ball.
The Yeladim were very excited to meet Morah Debrah today! Some friends remembered her from last year and were excited to tell her 'now we are 3!'
